DeSerres Reviews

The removal of 2 stars is not due to the DeSerres products... it has to do with 'why would they use one of the worst delivery services - Canpar - as proven by their reviews'? Canpar will not give you any indication on when the delivery will be happening, nor will they call you to ask if there is a safe place to put the parcel. The very low rating of this delivery service should speak volumes, yet somehow, DeSerres does not recognize how much of a problem this can be for artists / art teachers who need their supplies ... Canpar's response is to pay them an extra fee for a second 'attempt' at delivery, yet they still cannot provide you with a day or time frame... mind you, DeSerres did indicate they would contact the service again, and request that they try again... I guess I'll simply have to wait and see...

I bought a few canvases last month and still waiting for them for a month.
I mail them but the customer service is very poor.
Late reply to my mail and they told me that they lost my package. They didn't give me the solution and still waiting for a reply.

I order 10 pieces of Arches paper last May just opened it to find 4 even though I was charged for 10 pieces !!, What the @#$&

they didnt have half of what I needed when I came to their store and they are really high priced...
but still for whoever likes arts and crafts it is a great store.
